I’m a Makeup Artist based in Nashville,TN specializing in Natural looks . PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book any appointment and the booking fee is included in your service total. All booking fees are non-refundable, unless makeup artist has to personally cancel the appointment due to unseen circumstances. In this case, your booking fee will be immediately refunded through the payment in which you paid at the time of booking. REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH ! APPLE PAY OR CASH APP is a $1 fee . LATENESS: There is a 10 minute grace period, after those 10 minutes a $10 LATE FEE will be applied . If you are more than 15 -20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will NOT be refunded your booking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. ( Unless previously discussed ) CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, Please message me as soon as possible . Same day cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee. NO CALL NO SHOWS will be charged remaining balance & risk being banned from site. If you would like to reschedule, you must message me 48 HOURS before your appointment, in order for your booking fee to be be credited towards that new appointment. Clients can only reschedule an appointment ONCE. Any time after that will require another booking fee. Please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that your desired rescheduled time and day will be available. COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS: DO NOT bring any additional guests with you to your appointment. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only one guest is allowed in the space at one time. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN.
